Get ready to kick off another exciting season with Band Camp 2025! Camp will run from July 21-25 and July 28-August 1, 2025, and we’re looking forward to seeing everyone back, energized, and prepared. Below is all the information you need to be ready for a successful and fun week.
 

📅 Schedule:

• July 21-24:  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• July 25  (Friday): 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• July 28-July 31: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• August 1:  (Friday): 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
   

💧 Stay Hydrated:

All students are required to bring a 1/2 gallon water cooler each day. Please order yours from Amazon using the link provided on our website. Staying hydrated is a top priority in the summer heat!
 

🍳 Eat Before You Arrive:

Don’t skip breakfast. Band Camp is not the time to try a new diet or cut calories—we need your energy and focus. You’ll be outside and active, so fuel up before you come!
 

🥪 Lunch Info:

Bring a packed lunch every day. We will break for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Please plan accordingly! No student is allowed to leave campus.
 

☀️ Dress for the Weather:

We’ll be outside most mornings, so dress smart:

• Tennis shoes only (no sandals, flip-flops, Crocs, boots, etc.)

• Sunscreen (apply before arriving and bring more to reapply)

• Hat and/or sunglasses (optional but encouraged)
   

🎺 What to Bring Each Day:

• Your instrument

• Your 1/2 gallon water cooler

• A packed lunch

• Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses

• A positive attitude!

We will provide all the music you need during the week.
 

💵 Deposit Information:

• All students: A $125 deposit is due Monday, July 21. Guard members do not have a payment due this month if they fulfilled their June requirement.

Deposits can be paid by cash or check.
Make checks or money orders payable to:
Cape Fear High School Bands
Please do not include “Band Boosters” on any checks.
